We are very excited, drooling in fact, at the thought of going to Meatopia this year. HotJoint has joined up with the UK’s favourite meaty-charcoaly-BBQ event and restaurant textile design people HJ Linen and we are launching an amazing range of London-inspired BBQ and kitchen aprons at the do, all available to buy at www.hotjoint.co.uk/shop.
Committed to everything creative, we also guest edited and helped produce the wonderful event newspaper The Meatopian. It features interviews with the Hangfire Smokehouse and the folks from Machneyuda/The Palomar, and pieces by Jay Rayner and Jose Gordon from legendary Spanish restaurant El Capricho. There’s also words from Meatopia UK’s founder Rich Turner and DJ Tom Findlay and many more.
We’ve also got some paperboys and girls showcasing our kitchenwear designs and distributing copies of The Meatopians and plenty of chefs wearing HotJoint chefs’ gear.
